In 1989, after completing the Faculty for Sport (specialising in tennis), he established the tennis club ŠPORT PLUS. At that time he also worked as an official Slovenian Tennis organisation Coach Captain for the young selections.

For 15 years he was also working at the Slovenian Tennis Coaches organisation. He pioneered mini tennis in Slovenia (for kids aged 8-11) Additionally, he was the founder of one of the biggest sport projects for pre-school kids in Slovenia called »LAND OF THE SPORT« in which 1000 kids from Ljubljana nurseries participated every year. Last year he established LOTŠ – Ljubljana Kids Tennis School, bringing the Tennis Olimpics program to 10 schools. This program is suitable for kids aged from 6-7/8 years.

He is also the director of the tennis centre ŠPORT PLUS with 9 open and 7 covered (in winter) tennis courts.
